LifeWalk is a comprehensive approach to healthy living. It uses the latest research-proven and highly personalized methods to integrate psychosocial support with smarter approaches to nutrition and physical activity. It also uses reliable measures of progress to help people change.
LifeWalk services are offered on two basic tracks: as a tailored worksite health promotion (WHP) program within organizations, and as a program for the general public. In addition, LifeWalk uses culturally and linguistically effective methods. It is, for example, fully deliverable in English and Spanish. Our staff has many years of combined experience in psychotherapy, public health, counseling, education and organizational consulting.
